1. Conditions for Return or Exchange 📦 You can request an exchange or return under the following circumstances:
Delivery of the wrong product.
The product is received in a defective or damaged condition.
Product quality does not match the description provided on the website.
2. Reporting Timeline & Replacement ⏳
Report: Any issues must be reported to us within 12 to 24 hours of receiving the product.
7-Day Replacement: If there is a functional or physical problem, you can replace the item within 7 days of receipt.
3. Importance of Unboxing Video (Mandatory) 🎥 Since we deal with sensitive items like glass and ceramics, it is compulsory to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
Claims for broken or damaged items will not be accepted without a video.
The video must clearly show the shipping label and the damaged part.
4. Refund Process 💳 If a product replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund:
Processing Time: Refunds are completed within 5 to 7 working days after verifying the claim.
Service Charge: For online payment refunds, a 2% gateway service charge may be deducted from the total amount.
Delivery Charges: If the return is due to our error, the customer will not pay extra. For other reasons, delivery charges (৳200) are non-refundable.
5. Return Procedure 🚚 Once the return is confirmed, the customer must send the product to our address via courier, or we will arrange for our delivery representative to collect the item.
